Prime Star Consulting is a fledgling company that has started operating because the owners and management felt there was a need to provide Project Management and Control services to the Engineering & Construction industries that have emerged over the years in South Africa and because of the change in the industry requirements when executing projects.
Prime Star Consulting is a project management and controls company, which is based on over 70 collective years of experience within the following sectors:-

We provide our clients with project management and controls system solutions, to effectively optimise and execute projects in the above sectors. We work as a strong integrated and cohesive team to achieve the desired results. We are flexible to the client’s needs and requirements.
As part of the Primestar consulting offering we are able to interrogate and optimise the management of procured items (Development and population of a proper Procurement Operating Plan that aligns with the requirement of the project), and we are able to execute according to this Procurement Operating Plan with our qualified & experienced expediting and quality teams.
